Drew Strong

Drew, our Service Manager at Humidity Solutions, plays a pivotal role in managing and supporting a diverse team, including Service Engineers Andrew, Asif, Chris, Dave, Ross, John, and Mick. His responsibilities are critical in overseeing various types of services such as Reactive, Planned, and Commissioning Works. Drew ensures that all service activities are executed with precision and efficiency. His expertise is not only crucial in supervising these operations but also in ensuring that detailed service reports are meticulously completed following each job.

Drew works closely with Bruce, our Technical Support Engineer, alongside managing the engineers. Together, they ensure that technical support is seamlessly provided both internally and externally across all product ranges.

Drew also supports Annie in coordinating all service-related activities, from planned and reactive works to quoting for commissioning. A significant part of Drew’s role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with our planned maintenance customers, to give them the best service possible.
