Ben Aronin

In April 2023, Ben joined Humidity Solutions Customer Support Team. Each day, Ben works closely with Roland to manage the customer services inbox to ensure that customer orders and enquiries are processed quickly and efficiently. Ben is also the first point of contact for any phone inquiries, providing a friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the line. Whether it’s a technical issue, a billing concern, or a question about products, Ben is there to ensure that every customer receives the support they need.

Ben also liaises with suppliers both in the UK and around the world to ensure that Humidity Solutions has access to the best resources and products to meet customer needs.

Outside of work, Ben has a passion for football. He can often be found at Craven Cottage, supporting his team, Fulham, with his family.

Another one of Ben’s passions is collecting film and TV memorabilia. His collection boasts a special focus on 80’s films, which he considers the golden era of cinema. Among his collectibles is a replica of Marty McFly’s iconic hoverboard from “Back to the Future.”
