Finance Assistant

In September 2023, Lucy joined Humidity Solutions, where she plays a pivotal role in the finance department. Working in close collaboration with Jodie, she is responsible for a wide range of tasks assisting in day-day finance administration.

Lucy’s primary duty involves monitoring the accounts inbox, ensuring that all customer enquiries related to billing and payments receive prompt and efficient action. Additionally, Lucy takes charge of the task of processing customer statement runs, carefully reviewing customer accounts to verify that all outstanding invoices have been actioned by our customers. Lucy also manages the processing of purchase invoices and staff expenses.

Outside of work, Lucy’s passion for outdoor adventure leads her to explore the South Downs on hikes with her dog, Doris. To stay fit, she also enjoys indoor cycling classes on Peloton.
