    The Cotes Ultradry Dehumidification system is ideal for facilities that need to maintain precise humidity levels, such as battery dry rooms. High performance often means high energy consumption, which is where the Cotes Exergic Technology comes in. 

    Cotes has developed a sustainable energy sourcing technology that combines energy efficiency and clever design, with green energy, ultimately creating the most sustainable dehumidifier for large industrial processes that need extremely low dew points and humidity levels. 

    The Cotes Ultradry uses a patented three-rotor design as part of a multi-step process to effectively remove moisture. They allow the system to pre-dry incoming fresh air before it mixes with the air from the dry room, reducing energy loss. This makes the dehumidification process more effective and energy efficient, and the lower regeneration air temperature opens up the option of using hot water instead of electricity. To heat the water, renewable and sustainable energy sources can be used to achieve considerable energy cost savings and large carbon footprint reductions with up to 85% reduction in electrical energy consumption possible.

    Dew Point – Cotes Ultradry dehumidifiers always include one intake module and one main module. The combination of which provides up to -120°C dew point. 

    Air Volume – The Cotes range of ultradry desiccant dehumidifiers has air volumes of 3300m3/hour to 34000m3/hour, depending on the model. 

    Premium Product & Fast Dispatch – Cotes Desiccant Ultradry Dehumidifiers are designed and manufactured in Denmark. As ultradry units are built to order, these units are brought directly from the factory. We work closely with Cotes to ensure that product delivery can meet your project timeline.

    The design of the Cotes Ultradry uses three rotors enabling the dehumidifier to operate at lower temperatures which allows the use of renewable and sustainable energy sources to achieve considerable energy cost savings and large carbon footprint reductions. All you need for Cotes Exergic Technology to work is hot water heated by a sustainable energy source: Waste heat, biomass or biogas (if available and sustainable), solar thermal panels, CO2 heat pump used for both heating and cooling, electricity (from sustainable energy sources, i.e. wind power, solar power).
