The Vapac VE Electrode Boiler Steam Humidifier can be connected to steam lances, directly injecting steam into ductwork. This allows air handling units to distribute the steam evenly, humidifying the air flow evenly. 

For areas without existing AHUs or ductwork, the Vapac VE Electrode Boiler Steam Humidifier can be used with a Room Distribution Unit (RDU), which is positioned close to the humidifier. It is then mounted on the wall to provide in-room humidification via internal fans, which can create an air cushion to carry the moisture evenly into the space.

This reduces water and energy consumption, which increases the cylinder’s performance and lifespan. 

Maintenance Efficiency – The intuitive design also makes the drainage, removal, and replacement of disposable cylinders quick and easy, ensuring minimal disruption during servicing. It is compatible with both disposable and cleanable steam cylinders.

Advanced Foaming Control – The unit detects and manages foam, optimising water level control.

Product Information

An optional Room Distribution Unit is available for models up to 9 kg/hr (VE05 and VE09); being ideal for applications where air handling units or ducts are unavailable. The Room Distribution Unit can either be directly fixed to the humidifier or remotely mounted within the room.
