The SKVF features a powerful but energy-efficient fan that can effectively recirculate dry hot air, adding moisture and rapidly cooling the air during the process. Energy Efficient – the ECM fan for the SKVF is up to 30% more efficient than AC fans with a low operating temperature, increasing the fan’s longevity. An integrated continuous control of fan speed, torque, and feedback signal, allows the unit to modulate performance. 

User Friendly Controller – A multi-platform controller that features a user-friendly interface with a “Quick Config” menu for faster installation, displaying most used functions and configurations. Different menus can be set to display according to the type of user, i.e. end user, service technician, or installer. Includes the option to configure using the BACnet communication interface or via an independent scheduling system for unit operation and drain cycle. 

High Performance Media Panels – Made from fiberglass material bound with a special inorganic compound, the honeycomb material allows exceptional moisture absorption. This structure increases surface area and the output of the humidifier and ensures continuous humidification and evaporative cooling even at a high air velocity. Evaporative media panels are hygienic and rigorously tested and fire classified according to EU and North American standards. 

Antibacterial – Water is pre-treated with 5μm pre-filter and anti-bacterial silver ions as standard to prevent microbial growth. 

Easy Maintenance – Media cassette panels can be removed for easy maintenance in only two steps. 

Remote Access – The SKVF can be controlled remotely via a room humidistat to monitor and control the humidity and temperature levels. It can also connect to BMS, Modbus, and BACnet.
