This special range of Cotes adsorption dehumidifiers is designed to allow the exact configuration and precise airflow requirements for your installation. Cotes Flexible units give businesses access to world-class dehumidification capabilities – exactly as you want them. Specify precise air flow or moisture removal capacity, based on cost-saving and pre-defined modular configurations.

Robust Structure – Made from high-quality materials like stainless steel, Cotes Ultradry Dehumidifiers are built to last so customers can expect a longer service life and a better return on investment. 

Design – The Cotes Flexible has been designed to ensure unhindered passage of air through the unit, reducing energy consumption, pressure losses, and noise levels. Features a modular design configuration for installation of control systems, heaters, cooling systems, hygrometers, sensors, etc. This allows for a more cost-effective and flexible dehumidifier installation process. 

Air Volume – The flexible range features models with process air flows between 12000 m3/hour and 30,000 m3/hour. Higher air flows of up to 100,000-150,000 m3/hour are available on request.

Configuration – Multiple configurations are available for maximum customisability to suit specific needs. 

Access – Features large doors that can easily be accessed by engineers for maintenance and service work. Filters are also designed for easy removal and replacement. 

Operating conditions – Temperature range of 0 – 35°C and relative humidity of 5-100%. 

Heating Units – Can be fitted with an electrical, steam, or gas-driven heating source as standard, to control the temperature of the regeneration air entering the unit.
