Contronics Ultrasonic Humidifiers

The Contronics Ultrasonic Humidifier uses technology that disperses the water as a fine cool mist. The vapour produced is quickly absorbed into the air with very low energy consumption compared to steam humidifiers. When used on fresh products, misting helps to preserve freshness, colour, and nutrition. This can increase the shelf life of products by up to twice as much, resulting in less food waste. Ultrasonic humidifiers are ideal for use in many industries such as food processing facilities, data centres, and HVAC applications.

  • Product Information

Ultrasonic humidifiers can be a good low-energy humidifier when electricity is limited on-site. As a result of the effects of climate change, more businesses are considering using ultrasonic technology to minimise their energy bills. Ultrasonic Humidifiers must be used in conjunction with a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Unit or similar. This will be discussed during the quoting process

    Product Highlights:

Quality & Sustainability – Made of stainless steel, the DM4 is chemically polished making it easy to clean and maintain.

Auto Flush – Features an auto flush program ensuring that the humidifier is flushed every hour and filled with fresh water. When switched off, the internal reservoir is automatically emptied, and no water is left behind.

Hygienic – An ozone generator is used to kill air borne bacteria, with ozone injection activated every 2 hours during the night, ensuring bacteria is eliminated.

Energy Efficient – Misting is highly energy efficient compared to refrigerated cooling, providing both humidification and adiabatic cooling to air.

User-friendly Controller – Easy to use, built-in controller with an LED screen for clear viewing.

Capacity – The are 3 models available, the DM4, DM8, and DM12. The DM4 can generate up to 3.3 kg/hr of steam, an airflow of 0-50 m3/h, with a power consumption of 210W. The DM8 model can generate up to 6.6 kg/hr of steam, an airflow of 0-100 m3/h, with a power consumption of 400W. The DM12 can generate up to 9.9 kg/hr of steam, an airflow of 0-150 m3/h, with a power consumption of 600W.

  • Product Information

The New Contronics DM8 Humidifier is an enhanced system built in Europe that employs stainless steel and has several safety measures as standard. This includes water drain functionality, an ozone hygiene system, and an easy-to-use built-in controller with an LED screen. It generates 6.6kg/hr of steam and is an ultrasonic humidifier that blows a chilly mist through nozzles into a small space that requires humidification. When electricity is limited on-site and a low-energy humidifier is necessary, this is to go to technology. As a result of the effects of climate change, more businesses are considering using ultrasonic technology to minimise their energy bills.

Ultrasonic Humidifiers should be used in conjunction with a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Unit or similar. This will be discussed during the quoting process.

The New Contronics DM12 Humidifier is an enhanced system built in Europe that employs stainless steel and has several safety measures as standard. This includes water drain functionality, an ozone hygiene system, and an easy-to-use built-in controller with an LED screen. It generates 9.9kg/hr of steam and is an ultrasonic humidifier that blows a chilly mist through nozzles into a medium sized space that requires humidification. When electricity is limited on-site and a low-energy humidifier is necessary, this is to go to technology. As a result of the effects of climate change, more businesses are considering using ultrasonic technology to minimise their energy bills.
