Drew, our Technical Manager at Humidity Solutions, has grown within the business from his previous role as Service Manager, where he successfully led and supported our team of Service Engineers – Andrew, Asif, Chris, Dave, Ross, John, and Mick. His previous responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of Reactive, Planned, and Commissioning Works, ensuring every job was delivered with precision and professionalism. Drew also worked closely with Bruce, our Technical Support Engineer, to coordinate seamless technical support across the full product range, and supported Annie in planning and quoting for service-related activities.
Now, in his role as Technical Manager, Drew takes on overall responsibility for Service, Installations, and Technical Support. He works collaboratively with Ben, Maddie, Eddy, and Bruce to ensure our technical operations run at a high-performing and efficient level. His remit also includes the development of new service contracts and the ongoing management of existing ones, strengthening the business’s long-term service offering.
Drew’s continued progression within the company reflects his deep technical knowledge, operational leadership, and commitment to providing the best possible service to both colleagues and customers.
