Bruce joined Humidity Solutions with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University. Since joining the company, Bruce has progressed into a senior technical position, now taking on a pivotal role in managing elevated customer technical support cases, improving internal processes, and overseeing the implementation of new products.
Bruce uses his engineering background and industry knowledge to stay at the forefront of technological developments, ensuring he can deliver expert technical support and guidance to our on-site service engineers, internal teams, and customers. He also plays a key role in supporting the sales team during the pre-sales phase, ensuring the correct selection and application of equipment.
In addition to his day-to-day support work, Bruce collaborates across departments to resolve technical issues, delivers tailored training to staff and customers, and ensures that our technical procedures are both documented and continuously improved. He is also responsible for managing the introduction and review of new products, working closely with purchasing to ensure technical compatibility of parts, and identifying commercial opportunities arising from technical enquiries.
Outside of work, Bruce enjoys rowing and going to the gym, balancing his technical focus with a commitment to health and fitness.
